Return & Refund Policy

At Flossom, we take pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality flowers and arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

Order Cancellations

- Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase and before delivery to be eligible for a refund.

- Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.


Replacements

We understand that flowers are delicate and may be damaged in transit. We are happy to offer a replacement within 3 days of delivery if:

- The flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or broken.

- The incorrect arrangement was delivered.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at info@flossomflower.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our team will review your request, and if approved, arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- A change of mind after delivery.
- Flowers that have been improperly cared for after delivery.
- Minor variations in flower color, size, or shape (as these naturally occur with fresh blooms).

 

How to Care for Your Flowers

To ensure the longest vase life, please follow the care instructions included with your order. We cannot guarantee replacements if flowers were not cared for properly.
